Quinta Sola, Joaquin*

Quinta Sola replaced Division General Schueg Colas as Chief of the Central Army, in 1986. As a former officer in the Central Army, he is very familiar with its operations.

General Quinta Sola was in charge of the Tenth Directorate (which oversees operations and internal training of foreign personnel) from the mid 1970s to the beginning of the 1980s. He is a highly professional and respected military man.
